I entered a date and the calendar shows odd phases
Make sure you entered the start day of the last period, not the middle or end. If the cycle is irregular or you entered an old date (60+ days ago), the prediction will be marked as approximate. That is normal — without fresh data we cannot do better.
The home screen widget does not update
iOS and Android refresh widgets on their own schedule, sometimes every 15–30 minutes. If the widget is stuck on an old phase — open the app once, it will redraw.
Notifications do not arrive
Check that notifications are enabled in system settings for Wise Husband. On iOS also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb is not active. The app uses no external servers — all notifications are local.
I switched phones — where is my data
Data is stored locally and encrypted. If system backup (iCloud Backup / Google One) was enabled and you restored from it, the data carries over. If not, you re-enter the date. It is one field.
I bought the license but the app asks me to pay again
On the paywall screen tap "Restore purchase". The license will be restored from the App Store / Google Play account it was tied to. Note: restore only works under the same store account.
I deleted the app — how do I get my subscription back
We have no subscriptions, only a one-time purchase. Reinstall the app, tap "Restore purchase", and the license will return.
Can I disable the male tone / emojis / reminders
Yes. App settings include toggles for emoji, copy tone (neutral/male), and each notification type individually.
